What are the exchange, return and refund policies for the Neuvic Store?

Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please call 03459909922 or email us and you’ll receive instructions on how to get an exchange or a refund.

We verify all orders with internal packing records. These serve as final proof of quantity shipped.

Customers making shortage claims must provide a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened. Still photos after unboxing are not acceptable.

In the absence of required proof, resolution of any claim remains at the sole discretion of the company.

If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.

*All products should be returned in original condition.
